We are the factory, not a middleman. That shows up in the price, in how fast you get answers, and in who fixes a problem when one appears.
Start at 100 pieces
Test a design without committing to a container. Our minimum is 100 pieces per design, so a launch, a Kickstarter reward tier or a single event is realistic.
Factory-direct pricing
You talk to the people who cut, embroider and sew your toy. There is no trading company margin sitting between your brief and the sewing floor.
Free digital proof
Before you spend anything on a sample, our pattern maker sends a mock-up of your character as a plush — proportions, seam lines, fabric and colour calls.
Safety-tested materials
Fabric, fill, thread and accessories are selected to meet EN71, ASTM F963 and CPSIA. Third-party lab testing can be arranged with your order.
Your IP stays yours
We sign an NDA before you send artwork, we do not resell your design, and your moulds, patterns and tooling stay reserved for you.
One contact, start to finish
An English-speaking project manager owns your order from first quote to loaded container, with photos at every stage.
From artwork to delivered cartons
Seven steps, no surprises. Most customers approve a sample inside three weeks.
- Step 1
Send your idea
Artwork, a phone photo, a rough sketch on paper, a 3D render or an existing sample — anything that shows what you want. Tell us the target size, quantity and, if you have one, the price you need to hit.
10 minutes
- Step 2
Quotation
You get a unit price at two or three quantity breaks, the sample fee, tooling costs if any, and a realistic lead time. If your budget and your brief do not match, we say so and suggest what to change.
1 business day
- Step 3
Free digital proof
Our pattern maker mocks up your character as a plush toy: proportions, seam placement, fabric choice and colour calls. You approve or mark it up before anyone cuts fabric.
1–3 days
- Step 4
Pre-production sample
We cut, embroider, sew and stuff a real sample and courier it to you with detailed photos. This is the piece your whole order is measured against.
7–10 days
- Step 5
Revision & approval
Change the fabric, the size, the face, the colours — most orders take one or two rounds. When you sign off, that sample becomes the golden sample kept on our floor.
3–7 days per round
- Step 6
Mass production
Cutting, embroidery, sewing, stuffing, closing and finishing, with inline checks at each station. You receive production photos partway through so nothing is a surprise at the end.
25–35 days
- Step 7
Inspection, packing & shipping
AQL 2.5 final inspection against the golden sample, then polybagging, hangtags, barcodes and export cartons. We book sea, air or express, or hand over to your forwarder.
5–10 days

Built to pass inspection
Toys for children are regulated, and a failed test at destination costs far more than testing it here. We build to the standard your market requires and document it.
- EN71-1 / -2 / -3 — European toy safety: mechanical and physical properties, flammability, and migration of specific elements.
- ASTM F963 & CPSIA — United States consumer safety, including lead and phthalate limits and tracking label requirements.
- AS/NZS ISO 8124 — Australia and New Zealand toy safety, aligned with the ISO 8124 series.
- REACH & Prop 65 — Restricted substances screening for EU and California-bound shipments on request.

Questions we get every week
What is your minimum order quantity?
100 pieces per design and colourway. That is genuinely our minimum, not a starting point for negotiation — it is the smallest run where the pattern and set-up cost still make sense for both of us. If you need fewer for a test, ask about our sample-only option.
Can you work from a drawing or a photo?
Yes. A clean illustration is ideal, but we regularly work from a rough sketch, a phone photo of a costume, a 3D render, or an existing toy you want re-made. If your artwork only shows one angle, our pattern maker will propose the back and sides for your approval.
How much is a sample and how long does it take?
Sample fees depend on complexity and usually sit in the low hundreds of US dollars; the fee is normally credited back against your bulk order. A first sample takes 7–10 working days after the digital proof is approved, plus courier time.
What is the lead time for mass production?
25–35 days after sample approval for most orders. Heavy embroidery, removable clothing, multiple colourways or peak season (August to November) can push this out, and we will tell you the real number before you place the order rather than after.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, before you send anything. We can sign yours or send ours. Your artwork, patterns and moulds are used only for your orders and are never shown to other customers.
Which safety standards can you meet?
EN71-1/-2/-3 for Europe, ASTM F963 and CPSIA for the United States, and AS/NZS ISO 8124 for Australia and New Zealand. We select compliant fabric, fill, thread and accessories from the first sample, and arrange third-party testing with SGS, Bureau Veritas or Intertek when you need a report.
Tell us about your plush idea
One short form. Only your email is required. We will come back with a price, a suggested size, and what we would change to make it manufacturable.
